The Sharing Place Food Centre provides emergency food assistance through our Food Bank Program. We provide an emergency six-day supply of healthy food up to 14 times a year to families and individuals who identify as food insecure. We source as much fresh and healthy food as our resources allow to increase access to nutritious food for all.
Food Bank
To receive a six-day supply of healthy food, stop into our food bank at 95 Dufferin St. We are open during the hours posted below. Please bring a valid form of ID for each member of the household.
Mondays: 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Tuesdays: 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Thursdays: Closed
Fridays: 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
You must bring valid identification for each visit.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to request Health Cards as valid identification, however, if you choose, you may present them voluntarily. We do not collect, photocopy, or otherwise keep on file any identification documents, including Driver’s License and Health Card numbers.
